Small Group Training is like Personal Training except with more friends and less costs. It is also great for those who require a more flexible schedule. Small Group offers multiple training times across the week.
Each session will consist of no more than six people. This allows for personal attention and quality coaching. It is our goal to provide a safe and effective training experience for every individual.
Small Group Training follows a periodized and progressive strength program guaranteed to produce results. Each session is 60 minutes consisting of a dynamic warm-up, full-body workout, and efficient cool-down.
