What ages do Goodly Coaching programs serve?
Our core focus is adults ages 30–60, but we welcome any adult ready to pursue structured, movement-focused training.
What's the difference between Small Group Training and Personal Training?
Small Group Training follows our strength program in groups of up to six, while Personal Training provides one-on-one coaching with a program personalized to your goals and needs. We’ll help you decide which is the best fit for you.
How often should I strength train?
For most people, we recommend at least two strength training sessions per week. Many Goodly members train two to three times each week depending on their goals, schedule, and other activities.
What makes Goodly Coaching different from a traditional gym?
At Goodly, you’re not simply given access to equipment and left on your own. You’re coached, there’s a plan, your progress is tracked, your wins are celebrated, and you become part of a welcoming community that wants to see you succeed.
Do you offer flexible scheduling?
Yes. Small Group Training is offered at multiple times throughout the week, and members can easily reserve sessions through our app. Personal Training is scheduled based on coach availability.
What if I have an injury or need an exercise modified?
Our coaches can adjust exercises based on your abilities and needs while maintaining the goal of the workout. Let us know about any injuries, limitations, or concerns when getting started so we can determine the best approach for you.
What is Small Group Training?
Our Small Group Training combines expert coaching with the energy and community of training alongside others. Groups are capped at six people, allowing our coaches to provide individual attention while everyone follows our structured, progressive strength program.
Can I try Goodly Coaching before becoming a member?
Yes! Most new clients start with one of our $99 introductory offers. Choose Two Weeks of Unlimited Small Group Training, which includes up to six strength training sessions plus Goodly GO classes, or Two Personal Training Sessions for one-on-one coaching. We’ll help you choose the best place to start.
