Small Group Training is like Personal Training except with more friends and less costs. It is also great for those who require a more flexible schedule. Small Group offers multiple training times across the week.
Each session will consist of no more than six people. This allows for personal attention and quality coaching. It is our goal to provide a safe and effective training experience for every individual.
Small Group Training follows a periodized and progressive strength program guaranteed to produce results. Each session is 60 minutes consisting of a dynamic warm-up, full-body workout, and efficient cool-down.

Goodly Coaching encompasses all pillars of fitness into a perfect 1hr workout. It is the best holistic workout I have ever tried. You will hit cardio, HIIT, flexibility, mobility, heavy weights, resistance bands, suspension training, kettlebell, and good old fashion bodyweight.
Goodly Coaching has been such a positive experience for me. The coaches are knowledgeable and you get a lot of personal attention. They are mindful if you’re working with injuries and give great modifications. The workouts are fun, move quickly, and give you a good full body workout.
Small group training is great for all levels and focuses on correct form, along with taking rest time between each set (many classes at other gyms overlook this and my form suffers when they rush through the exercises). I find I see bigger and better changes in my body with this focus on correct form!
