Small Group Training is the sweet spot between personal training and large group classes. With each session no more than six people, you receive quality coaching in a fun and safe environment. Small Group Training provides an opportunity to have a flexible schedule, save some money, and make new friends along the way.

Hi! I'm Coach Jeremy and the Owner of Goodly Coaching.
It's easy to say that being active has always been part of my life. I was involved in many sports growing up; mainly soccer, baseball, football, and wrestling. With 3 younger brothers and one of them being my twin, there was always an activity to be part of.
With sports being such a big part of my childhood and being the oldest of 3 boys, leadership was instilled in me. Having this foundation has kept me hard-working, disciplined, and goal-oriented in all that I do. These are the values I've built Goodly Coaching on.
I spent most of my professional career behind a desk while continuing to stay active in and out of the gym. From 2009 to 2019, I completed 15 marathons and 16 half marathons. My passion for fitness and crushing big goals drove me to find a way to help others do the same.
In 2019 I left the corporate world to pursue my dream career. Since then I've become a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, allowing me to help others find success in their health and fitness. I can truly say that I am doing exactly what I was meant to be doing.
Outside of the gym you can find me with family and friends, spending time outdoors, finding a group activity to be part of, and hanging out with my Australian Labradoodle, Roger. Most of all, I am focused on all things Goodly and building a community around the gym.
